Both of our principles, Joe and Peter, were raised in a family environment of building professionals; of fathers and uncles working in the building trades and management….from city and island based electrical unions to the highly technical and demanding environs of the building framing industry. We are second and third generation building professionals serving the building and remodeling needs of Long Island homeowners. By overview of the current status of your homebuilding or remodeling project, we can quickly see that the status of key items of a project requests for information, change orders, construction project management tasks, and punch list items – are all monitored and efficiently accomplished.

JB General Contracting software gives us quick, accurate construction cost estimates. It includes “smart dimensions” for estimating projects, plus a database of over 2,000 building costs and general construction costs for residential construction.
